Silicone pads for rain/dusk sensors

Silicone washers are an optical connection of the sensor to the windshield, used in professional workshops that install car windows.

Our product stands out from the competition because it is extremely soft, which means easier and more reliable installation. Due to this softness, all air escapes almost immediately and the washer takes the shape of the surface, glass and sensor. Its hardness is approx. 15 on the Shore scale. The physical properties of the silicone pad are similar to the hardened sanitary silicone, it is transparent – at the level of a colorless glass pane, 100% transparent. The pad can be mounted many times, it is non-sticky, can be washed when dirty and still be reinstalled.

Acrylic pads for the rain sensor are also the optical connection of the sensor to the glass, they are distinguished from the silicone pad by the fact that they firmly stick the sensor’s plate to the glass. It cannot be used repeatedly, once installed it will be destroyed when you try to disassemble it. The pad is 100% transparent, just like the colorless glass.

Truck camera pads
Washers for cameras used in trucks

Camera pads are a connection between the camera plate and the glass. It is a double-sided,, black opaque pad, made of the material of the reputable SAINT GOBAIN brand, firmly sticking the plate to the glass.

The adhesive strength of the pad will increase with time. It reaches its full strength after about one month. Immediately after sticking, it is even possible to gently tear off and correct the gluing point without harming the backing pad. After a few hours it is no longer possible.
